To rent with Agave Properties then you need the following:
- All applications are received online at http://www.agaveproperties.com/
- Every applicant 18 years or above needs to fill in a separate application.
- Monthly income (before tax) proof is required and it should be at least 3 times the amount of the rent.
- Minimum 12 months of employment without any break in the same kind of work.
- Minimum of 12-months of rental history.
- Rental history has to be clean without any outstanding balance and dues, no repossession on your record, zero eviction history, unlawful detainee history.
- Clean and established credit history is required (no outstanding judgments and unpaid collections).
- If there is a bankruptcy history it should be minimum 5 years old; and there should be 3 new trade/credit lines made after that with no recent negative history.
- One photo I.D. issued by government is required.
- Criminal background and credit report checks are conducted on all applicants.
- Application fee of $50 per applicant is charged. This is non-refundable and is received through credit card, cash, cashier's check or money order.
- Maximum occupancy of rental property is 2 people per bedroom (e.g., 2 bedroom = 4 people, 1 bedroom = 2 people)
- Pet Policy – If pets are allowed then there are requirement/restrictions i.e., Minimum age 2-years; vaccinations proof; house broken; proof of renter's liability insurance; $350 per pet additional security deposit is charged; we do not accept pets on the restricted breeds list (e.g., Pit Bull; Rottweiler; Doberman).
- Per Federal Trade Commission all personal information will be kept in locked file for required amount of time then disposed of in our office via paper shredder.
